HODGES, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on the Government’s Combined Motion for Examination of Defendants, Hearing, And Motion in Limine to Exclude Evidence of Defendants’ Mental Condition (Doc. 27), and the Defendants’ Joint Response (Doc. 33). On September 8, 2000, the United States Magistrate Judge conducted a hearing on this matter during which counsel made extensive argument and the Defendant’s expert, Dr. Glen Ross Caddy, testified.
