Steven Rock appeals from a jury verdict denying his negligence claim against Hur-lee McHenry for damages sustained in an automobile accident. Rock contends the trial court erred in excluding evidence of McHenry’s “flight” from the accident scene. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.
