SHANNON, Judge.

The appellant, plaintiff below, filed a suit to quiet title, and it appeals from a final adverse decree of the chancellor.

In its bill of complaint the plaintiff alleged that it, or its predecessors in title, held title to certain described real estate lying in Lake County, Florida, and that the defendants had acquired real estate adjoining the plaintiff’s by virtue of a deed in 1954.
