DAWSON, District Judge.

After an unsuccessful effort to secure a composition or extension of his debts under section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, as added by the Act of March 3,1933 (section 203, title 11, USCA), the debtor filed an amended petition, as authorized by the Frazier-Lemke Act (Act of June 28, 1934, 11 USCA § 203(s), claiming the benefits of that act.
