ORDER

The plaintiffs, Maywood Corporation and Admiral Condominium Association (plaintiffs or Maywood), appeal from the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, NLC Insurance Companies (defendant or NLC). After consideration of the prebriefing materials, this case was assigned to the full Court at a session in conference in accordance with Rule 12A(8)(b) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure. At this time, we proceed to decide this appeal without further briefing or argument.
