LANSING, Chief Judge.

Gordon C. Schroeder appeals from the district court’s appellate order affirming the administrative suspension of his driver’s license. We reverse the district court and remand.

BACKGROUND

Schroeder was stopped for speeding on October 24, 2007 and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, Idaho Code § 18-8004. He was taken to the Canyon County Sheriffs Office and consented to a breath test, taken on the Intoxilyzer 5000. The test showed breath alcohol concentrations of .149 and .139, and Schroeder’s driver’s license was suspended. He appealed…
