In the district court for Lincoln county, Carl R. Goucher, defendant, was indicted for aiding and abetting the county clerk, Arthur S. Allen, in the forgery of a county warrant for $845 payable to the Omaha Printing Company. Defendant pleaded not guilty. Upon a trial he was convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for not less than one nor *353more than ten years and to pay a fine of $100. As plaintiff in error he has presented for review the record of his conviction.
The sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict of guilty is challenged as a ground for a reversal. This question…
