The petitioner, Shawn Crocker, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his third amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, he claims that the court improperly concluded that he had not been denied effective assistance of counsel when his habeas counsel failed: (1) to raise claims of ineffective assistance of his trial and appellate counsel, (2) to raise a claim that the prosecution did not disclose exculpatory evidence, (3) to investigate potentially exculpatory information and (4) to raise a claim that the petitioner’s second criminal trial…
