Upon the facts as found by the court, but two questions are presented for our determination. First. The house ingure¿ wás situated on, and a,part of, the real estate formerly owned by Jane Anson, deceased, who died some time before the application for the policy in suit Jane Anson was the wife of the plaintiff, Milo F., and the mother of the other plaintiffs.
