Writ of error to the Arapahoe district court, to reverse a judgment in favor of the defendants in an action, commenced March 23, 1908, by the plaintiff in the nature of a creditors ’ bill, asking for determination and declaration as to the interest of defendant, Nichols, in and to the property involved; and asking that the plaintiff be allowed to pay off all claims of the other defendants upon the property, and thereafter to hold the same and subject it to the lien of his two judgments against the defendant, Nichols, the docket entry of which had been filed as required by law,…
