DECISION AND ORDER SUSTAINING THE TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF THE DEBTORS’ CHAPTER 13 PLAN

PAMELA PEPPER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The trustee filed an objection to confirmation of the debtors’ Chapter 13 plan, alleging that the debtors had failed to commit all of their disposable income to the plan as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B). The trustee also objected to confirmation on the ground that the debtors did not file the plan in good faith. The debtors argued that they properly calculated their disposable income as required by § 1325(b)(3) and § 707(b)(2)(A)(iii)(I). For the reasons…
