have before us exceptions to the auditor’s report in the above matter.

On November 30, 1929, upon proper proceedings, receivers were appointed for the said Harrisburg Manufacturing & Boiler Company. On December 3, *5591929, the receivers presented a petition to the court, averring in substance that prior to the receivership the company had entered into contracts to manufacture certain products, upon which contracts the company had expended in labor and materials the amount of approximately $21,465.95, leaving an approximate balance of $26,704.53 to be expended for labor and…
