CALDWELL, Circuit Judge.
The Farmers’ Loan & Trust Company filed a bill against the Stuttgart & Arkansas River Railway Company to foreclose a mortgage on the company’s road. A receiver was appointed to operate the road pending the foreclosure proceedings. The order appointing the receiver authorized him to pay certain debts of the railroad company incurred for labor, materials, and supplies prior to the appointment of the receiver.
