The question here propounded concerns the propriety of the rejection by the administratrix of a claim for $8,000 presented by one Mary F. Robinson. The proof of claim reads in part as follows: “ That the consideration of said debt is a contract entered into by the decedent and the deponent eighteen years, ago for the care and maintenance of himself and his wife, Mary A.
