Appellant Roderick V. Givens appeals the partial summary judgment granted in favor of appellees Midland Mortgage Company (Midland), MidFirst Bank (MidFirst), and the law firm of Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP (BDFTE), and the final summary judgment granted in favor of Midland and MidFirst. Givens raises five issues on appeal.
