This case involves three cases consolidated and tried together. Elzarus L. Hunsaker, one of the plaintiffs (now deceased), filed an action against the Bozeman Deaconess Foundation, operator of the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, for personal injuries sustained because of alleged negligence in caring for him as a patient.
