DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court after a Hearing on the objection of the Creditor, Lakewood Acceptance Corporation, to the Debtor’s Motion for Redemption. At the Hearing, the Court asked the Parties to brief the Court concerning whether the Debtor still maintained a right of redemption, since the property to be redeemed— in this case a motor vehicle — had already been sold by the Creditor.
