In this case originally M. P. Dunlap, defendant in error, filed a bill in the circuit court of Pike county, Illinois, to foreclose a mortgage against the plaintiffs in error. Plaintiffs in error answered the bill and filed a cross-bill, making M. F. Dunlap, William Pete-fish, Otis E. Taylor and Claude C. Petefish defendants to the cross-bill.
