Plaintiff, Crumley & Associates, P.C., (“Crumley”) brought this action alleging various claims for relief against defendant Charles Peed <& Associates, P.A., (“Peed & Associates”) and the individual defendants, Charles Peed, Jr. (“Peed”) and James W.
