Reversing.
' The appeal is from a $1,700 judgment for breach of promise to marry. The appellee, Lily Mae Haddix, a married woman, then only sixteen years old, came from another county to the home of her sister in Irvine in the latter part of 1931. Shortly thereafter she became acquainted with the appellant, J. Floyd Elmore, a widower-about 54 years of age. A courtship and love affair immediately started.
