MEMORANDUM
JAMES J. BARTA, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter being considered here is the motion of the Brookfield Production Credit Association to dismiss the debtors’ Chapter 11 Bankruptcy petition filed on March 30, 1984. An expedited hearing, upon mov-ant’s request, was conducted on April 13, 1984. This memorandum is based upon the arguments of counsel at the hearing, and the Court’s consideration of the contents of this file, as well as the entire record in a separate pending bankruptcy case filed by these debtors.
