Defendant (Appellant) was charged with Count I, Promoting Prostitution, Ind.Code § 35-45-4-4(1) (Burns 1979), Count II, Promoting Prostitution, Ind.Code § 35-45-4-4(4) (Burns 1979), Count III, Contributing *567to the Delinquency of a Minor, Ind.Code § 35-46-1-8 (Bums 1979), and Count IV, Intimidation, Ind.Code § 35 — 45-2-1 (Burns 1979).
