LANDRY, Judge.
Defendant-appellant, J. H. Jenkins, Contractors, Inc. (Jenkins) appeals the judgment of the lower court awarding plaintiff, Kenneth J. McKay, judgment for $1,950.00 against defendant on an oral contract pursuant to which defendant agreed to restore plaintiff’s lawn in consideration of the use thereof for storage of defendant’s construction equipment. Defendant maintains plaintiff’s action should be dismissed because plaintiff refused to permit defendant to finish the restoration process.
