MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BAUER, District Judge.
This cause comes on defendants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to Rules 12(b) (1) and (6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Plaintiff, Nuclear Data, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Nuclear Data”) is a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business in Illinois.
