MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This miscellaneous matter comes once again before the Court on third-party deponent Glenn A. Robinette’s motion for a protective order, which was earlier stayed for further briefing on the issue of good cause, and on plaintiffs’ subsequent motion for a court-supervised deposition.1 The novel issue presented by this motion is whether Robinette has sufficiently demonstrated good cause to warrant the issuance of a protective order prohibiting the attendance of the press and other members of the public at his deposition, which…
