The plaintiffs brought this civil action against the defendants, Prestige Homes, Inc. (Prestige) and United Developer, Inc. (United), seeking reformation of a warranty deed conveyed to them by United. The case was tried before a justice of the Superior Court, and, after judgment was entered for the plaintiffs, Prestige appealed.
