MORISON, District Judge.
It appears from the record before us that in the year 1939 a mining enterprise known as the Kugruk Mines, Inc., leased from Jerry Coffin and Henry Coffin certain mining claims known as the Homestake, Bessie and Nellie claims, and which are located in the Fairhaven Mining and Recording District of Alaska. That said corporation entered into the possession of said mining claims under the terms of said lease, and engaged in opening up, working and developing the same during the years 1938-1940, inclusive; that said corporation in the pursuit of its business became indebted…
