¶1 Rocky Greenfield, d/b/a G&G Liquidation and Auction Company, appeals the summary dismissal of his breach of contract and consumer protection suit against his insurer, Western Heritage Insurance Company. Mr. Greenfield contends the trial court erred in rejecting his theft coverage claim arising from the loss of funds flowing from the consignment sale of Mr. Greenfield’s truck to Ron Medien.
