delivered, the opinion of the court.
This was an action in case, commenced in the Circuit Court of Bond county by appellee against appellant, to recover for a personal Injury sustained by appéllee while in the service of appellant as a shot firer in its mine. By agreement of parties the venue was changed to Madison county, where the case was tried by a jury, resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of appellee for $1,500.
