MEMORANDUM
TRAUGER, District Judge.
On this appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States Trustee alleges that the Bankruptcy Court erred in failing to sanction Mendes & Gonzales, PLLC (“Mendes & Gonzales”), special counsel to McCrary and Dunlap Construction Company, LLC (“the Debtor”) properly for violations of 11 U.S.C. §§ 327, 329, 330 and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 2014 and 2016.
