BUFORD, J.:

This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. Claim was first filed against W. D. Jarrell claiming compensation for injuries which were alleged to have occurred on the 1st day of November, 1943, as the result of an accident in a saw-mill which was then being operated by W. D. Jarrell when the claimant was employed by the said W. D. Jarrell as a laborer in said saw-mill and which injury was alleged to have occurred in thé course of his employment.

Hearing was had before a Deputy Commissioner who granted an award. Appeal was taken to the full Commission; the award was…
