MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE MENT, District Judge.
Before the Court is plaintiffs motion to remand filed March 20, 1997. Defendant American Heritage Life Insurance Company, Inc. (“American Heritage”) filed a brief in opposition on April 4, 1997.
