This appeal concerns interpleaded uninsured motorist (UIM) proceeds deposited in the trial court’s registry after a dispute arose among the insured Karen C. Reynolds, her former attorney Neal Nagely d/b/a Law Firm of Neal Nagely, and her current attorney Mosser Mailers, P.L.L.C. (“Mosser”). It also involves a suit for declaratory relief, breach of contract, and attorney’s fees brought by Nagely against Reynolds.
