MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT H. JACOBVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Debtor’s Motion to Dismiss Matthew E. Taylor’s Complaint Objecting to Dis-chargeability of Debts (“Motion to Dismiss”) filed by Defendant Eloísa Maria Taylor. The Court heard oral argument on the Motion to Dismiss on April 7, 2011 and took the matter under advisement. At the final hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, Bonnie B.
