It appears from the findings of fact that on 12 August, 1919, B. G. Oowper and the plaintiffs, Allen Brothers, entered into a contract with reference to the development of property belonging to the said Oowper, known as Fairview Farm, a copy of which contract will appear as an exhibit attached to the complaint in this action.
