Appellants Michael Antonello, Jean An-tonello, and Michael J. Antonello Insurance Associates Ltd. appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment to respondents George Reilly, Meridian Bank, and Thomas Braman. Appellants attack the district court’s ruling that Michael An-tonello fraudulently transferred shares of stock under the Minnesota Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, asserting that, because Michael Antonello conducted the transfers through a corporation, the transfers were permissible.
