After a long period of successfully developing a series of vertically-integrated companies in the direct marketing industry in Illinois and various companies in India, Pethinaidu Veluchamy (“Mr. Velucha-my”) — -aided by his wife, Parameswari (“Mrs. Veluchamy”) and his children Arun and Anu — set his acquisitional sights on a bank.
