-Reversing.

The appellant issued an insurance policy on the life of Sam Long, providing for the payment of (1) death benefits of $1,000 and (2) accidental^ death benefits of an additional $1,000. The clause providing for accidental death benefits, so far as is pertinent, reads:

“Upon receipt of due proof of the death of the insured * * *, as the result of bodily injury * * *, caused solely by external, violent and accidental means, * * *; and provided .further that the death of the Insured was not caused direct ly or indirectly * * * from any violation of law…
