Plaintiffs, Taiwanese investors, bring this putative class action against defendant Wilmington Trust Company ("Defendant" or "Wilmington"), alleging claims for aiding and abetting fraud, aiding and abetting conversion, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, gross negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty.
