¶1 The State appeals a decision of the Dane County Circuit Court granting Julian Thomas's motion to suppress evidence collected during a search of Thomas's living quarters by probation agents. The circuit court concluded that the search was an unconstitutional police search rather than a probation search. We disagree with the circuit court and conclude that the search of the house in which Thomas was then living was a probation search and that the search was reasonable.
