The indictment in this case was found at the April Term of said Circuit Court, 1873, and charged, “ that the defendant, Alfred White, alias Anthony Broughton, broke into and entered the storehouse of William C. Hudson and William A. Adams, with intent to steal, in which goods or merchandise were kept for sale, or on deposit.”
