This is an appeal from a conviction of grand larceny and a sentence of imprisonment for a term of five years.

By the undisputed testimony of Ned Brannon, the corpus delicti of the alleged crime was established. He testified that when he opened Brannon's Curb Market in Opp, Alabama, on a day in August, 1977, after he had closed it the night before, he discovered that a piece of metal was ripped off a metal enclosure of the back of the building and that there was a hole in it.
