This is a petition to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board (respondent), entered January 28, 1955, against Goodman Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois (petitioner). By the Board’s order petitioner was found guilty of an unfair labor practice, in violation of Section 8 (a) (5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (5) and (1), because of its refusal to bargain with United Electrical Radio and Machine Workers of America (hereinafter referred to as the International Union) as exclusive representative of…
