In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to vacate an arbitration award dated July 6, 1989, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Spodek, J.), entered February 13, 1990, which granted the application.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
The Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority (hereinafter MABSTOA) secured the required approval from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority for a plan to "rationalize and improve” bus service for the riding public in the midtown Manhattan area.
