OPINION
MURRAY M. SCHWARTZ, District Judge.
This opinion treats the scope of summary jurisdiction in a Chapter XI proceeding under the Bankruptcy Act and the meaning of the term “bailee” as used in section 9-305 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
On July 3, 1967, Lammot duPont Copeland, Jr. (“Copeland”) personally guaranteed a $2,700,000 loan made by Pension Benefit Fund, Inc. (“Pension Benefit”) to Graphic Production Company and The Citizen-News . Company (“corporations”).
