Villegas, J.), rendered December 8, 2008, convicting defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense, and sentencing her to a conditional discharge, unanimously reversed, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, the plea vacated, and the accusatory instrument dismissed.
