This suit in equity was brought by the appellants, who are the widow and heirs at law of G. B. Smith, to quiet and establish title to the coal and other minerals underlying two tracts of land in Dickenson county,, one containing 94 acres and the other 3 8 acres, of which the appellants are concededly the owners of the surface. The bill alleged that the appellee, The Pittston Company, claims title to the coal and other minerals.
