HOFFMAN, Presiding Judge.

Brenda S. Rife was convicted of deception, welfare fraud, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to a fine of $100 plus costs and restitution in the amount of $738 of overpayment to the Welfare Department. In appealing that conviction, she raises the following issues: 1(1) whether there was sufficient evidence to support the conviction;(2) whether the trial court erred in denying Ms. Rife’s motion for directed verdict;(3) whether the trial court erred in allowing the admission of certain State’s exhibits; and(4) whether the trial court erred in requiring restitution…
