The appellee recovered a judgment in the District Court of the United States in the Northern District of Indiana against one Walter Wolf for $1500 and costs on account of personal injuries sustained by him when struck by an automobile owned and operated by Wolf. The judgment was not satisfied and this action was commenced by the appellee as the owner of the judgment against the appellant in the Lake Superior Court.
