MlKELL, Judge.

Vena Herberman and Jorge Manuel Andrada were jointly indicted, tried and convicted of trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. The trial court sentenced Herberman to fifteen years, ten to serve and five on probation, and sentenced Andrada to twenty years, ten to serve and ten on probation. Both defendants appeal the trial court’s denial of their motions for new trial. As the cases involve the same set of facts, we have consolidated them for disposition.
